MA in music pedagogy (Geneva), occupational therapist for the elderly, Stéfanie discover yoga in Barcelona in 2012 and start practicing regularly at Yogaia with Alvise Vianello in Barcelona and Olivia Tüscher at Soluna in Geneva. Those teachers carry out the lineage of Sri Dharma Mittra in Hatha Raja Yoga.

In 2014 she leaves for a world trip that will last 4 years and during which she will have the opportunity to discover and practice different styles of yoga.

In 2018 she decide to settle down in the city of Amsterdam and start her training at Arhanta Yoga School in India to get her first certificate of completion of 200 hours yoga teacher training.
