I teach yoga mostly 1 on 1. Because I can really focus on 1 person and his needs. What I do is directly transfer the yoga to peoples daily live. How do you react when you are doing a pose that you find ‘difficult?’ What runs trough your mind? What happens in daily live when something ‘difficult’ is coming up? And how can you handle that by using yoga?
